How can it be that I never blogged this? Some of my all time favorite photos of my family. Taken with my Contax 645 on the Big Island last December.

they said it couldn’t be done.
a fun day in the car with the teenager, the girls, and the baby.
i had my doubts too.
on good friday, I packed up the crew against all objections (and there were many), put them and my camera in the car and started on the road to hana.
we stopped everywhere we could. fruit stands, snacks, look outs and waterfalls. The skate park too.
we had a BLAST. Even the teenager.
you never know if you don’t try.

Aloha Wendy,
Thank you for sharing such wonderful pictures on your family trip to Hana and Beyond! What a classic look your little boy has and the girls are sooo cute too! Email which waterfall and how to find it on the road? Looks familiar to me… Mahalo
Wendy!, beautiful shots, lovely family, congratulations!
I was in Oahu recently and your photos make me wish I was there again! =)
Love the compositions, especially the banana shots. Great landscapes and wonderful color as always. You truly live in Paradise.
